Product Description
Wood sawdust block hot press machine mainly use wood shavings, wood sawdust etc. waste material mixed with glue at certain ratio to make hot press block.
First drying raw material through dryer and mixed with glue, then forming by hot press machine heating and pressure.
Advantage:
Finished wood foot pier has smooth surface, good waterproof ( will not craze after soaking water for 48hours), strong nailing.
The block size can be customized according to customer's requirements and finished wood foot pier is export fumigation-free exempted from inspection, Formaldehyde release a quantity (E2), all meet the national standards.
The machine is deal equipment for making Fumigation-free pallet stents.
Matched equipments: wood crusher, dryer, glue blender, manual saw, automatic saw, wood block automatic cutting machine.
